Let me first say that we are also keeping a close eye on the information coming from the official channels and at this stage the safety of our guests, our staff and our-selves is our number one priority.
As time goes on and we start to moving into the various Lockdown Levels, we’d like to advise guests that we are still taking bookings with the following Undertaking:
- Make a booking now for any date and receive an Otters Den Voucher valid for 24 months
- Vouchers allow Guests to postpone their stay with us FREE of charge
- If for whatever reason you cannot make your original booking simply schedule another date (subject to availability)
- The voucher recognises your deposit already paid and is carried through
- There will be NO price increase if postponing
COVID-19 Protocols:
- We have implemented strict social distancing measures by requesting our Guests at check-in to opt for room service or not during your stay. If guest opt for room service a time slot will be allocated whereby the guest must leave the cottage and our staff will do the necessary work like disinfecting all surfaces (counter tops, floors and bathroom surfaces).
- If Guests opt-in for room service, Linen & Towels are swapped for fresh items which have been adequately washed and sanitized.
- Temperature Checks for Guests on Arrival and staff twice a day (including management) via Infrared hand-held No Touch thermometer.
- Our staff are equipped with masks, gloves and disinfectant.
- All our staff have been educated to maintain Social distancing at all times regardless of being with each other or around our Guests.
